The terms and conditions set out below apply to your use of the floortradedirect.co.uk website. By using www.floortradedirect.co.uk you agree that you have read and accept these terms and conditions.

The materials on this Web site (the “Site”) are provided by FineDesign Flooring as a service to its shareholders, customers, employees and other interested persons and may be used for informational, non-commercial purposes only. Floortrade neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with Floortrade.

2. While Fine Design Flooring uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in the Site, Fine Design Flooring makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Privacy and Data Protection Policy

This privacy statement has been created by Fine Design Flooring in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and data protection. This commitment as to Fine Design Flooring activities on the Internet is implemented through the Fine Design Flooring Web Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

Use

The site collects data through a feedback form that allows users to request information about Fine Design Flooring and its products and services.

Juniors

We do not intentionally invite data from Juniors (under the age of 13) to this site, but where we are aware of such submissions for educational purposes, we will treat such data as ‘Sensitive Data’. Data known to be from juniors and which is not specifically submitted for educational purposes will be immediately deleted.

Site Survey

Users may be invited (by pop-up screen) to participate in a site survey carried out by an independent organization. You may opt-out of participation at the time the survey is offered. The survey collects generalized statistics only. No personal data is held as a result of the site survey, unless you opt to provide specific comments. In this case your comments and address information will be passed directly to Fine Design Flooring and subject to the same provisions and safeguards as provided for information collected on the eds.com Web site. Navigating this website
